Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Poofy Puff Slime! Because our slimes are handmade, made in small batches, and are considered personal-use products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Handmade Product Variations

We do our best to make every slime as close as possible to the product photos and descriptions shown on our website. However, because each slime is handmade, slight variations may occur.

These variations may include:

  • Color or shade differences
  • Charm, sprinkle, or add-in placement
  • Texture or consistency
  • Scent strength
  • Slight differences in decoration or appearance

Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, computer monitors, phones, and other screens. These natural variations are part of purchasing a handmade product and are not considered defects.

Slime Texture & Shipping Conditions

Slime is sensitive to temperature. During warmer weather, your slime may arrive softer, stickier, or slightly melted. During colder weather, slime may arrive firmer than normal.

Temperature-related texture changes during shipping are normal and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

If your slime arrives sticky or soft, allow it to cool to room temperature before playing with it. You may add a small amount of slime activator as needed. Always add activator a little at a time, as too much can make slime stiff.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Although we do not accept returns, we want to make sure you receive what you ordered.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Leaking due to a damaged container
  • Missing an item
  • With an incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for issues reported after the 48-hour period.

Scent Preferences

Scent is subjective, and everyone experiences fragrances differently. A scent being stronger, lighter, or different from what you personally expected is not considered a product defect and does not qualify for a return or refund.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin preparing and processing orders quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Customer Responsibility

Please read all product descriptions, ingredients, warnings, and recommended age information before purchasing.

Slime is NOT edible and should NEVER be consumed. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.

Poofy Puff Slime is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, misuse, over-activation, contamination after opening, or failure to follow slime care instructions.

Final Sale

By placing an order with Poofy Puff Slime, you acknowledge that our products are handmade and may have reasonable variations in appearance, color, scent, texture, and decoration.

Except for qualifying damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect orders described above, all purchases are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
